Police: Marijuana found in Dwight man's vehicle

A DWIGHT man was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Parker Street, near Storm Road, Gardner, about 11:10 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12.

Christopher Molle, 23, 2800 North Road, Dwight, posted $100 bond and was given a Feb. 1 court date.

Deputy Brett Black reported he saw a Nissan being driven westbound on Parker Street in Gardner. The driver went over the fog line and a ball hitch on the rear of the vehicle blocked the license plate.

After talking to Molle, Deputy Black reported he received permission to search the vehicle. He found a glasses case on the floor board, which held a pipe and a bag containing marijuana.

A total of 7.35 grams of marijuana was recovered.
