Curiosity gets cat a back rub

Thursday morning I covered a Farm Bureau event at the Higgins farm in Morris. When I was told I was going to a farm, I wasn't sure exactly what to expect.
It turned out that this farm had tons of different animal, and I was able to get a lot of interesting photos that had absolutely nothing to do with the story.
One of them came to me the second I stepped out of my car. This cat was following another group of people, but when she saw me interested in her, she made a detour.
Apparently cats aren't camera shy; she walked right up to my lens and then brushed up against my leg. If I could share more photos, I'd show one of her kitten too.
Other than the cats, I had some of roosters, turkeys, dogs, and ducks. It would be nice to visit the farm again when I have more time. How often does a suburban guy get the chance to be that close to these animals?
