The first week of the second season is done.

It seems like I’m at a space shuttle launch, that it’s New Year’s Eve, or that I’m listening to a radio station playing nothing but “Europe.”

So, before we get started this week, I'd like to thank the handful of people who responded to my column last week. It was in response to who the greatest athletes were in the history of our area. There were some good ones, too.
